Return and Exchange Policy

Our goal is to provide our customers with products that accentuate what their mama gave them and get them the attention they deserve. We want you to feel confident and sexy in our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange your item for another one that may be more flattering. We are confident that you will look great in our DickPrint products. Our clothing is designed and engineered for performance, comfort, and to make you look and feel amazing. If you have any questions or thoughts about our products, you are always welcome to contact us and we will do our best to help you. Below you can find all information needed for making a return.

Make a Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange your product we kindly ask you to first contact us directly at customercare@dickprint.com  and we will help you from there. If you wish to exchange your product, please let us know the new size, color and style you would like. If you need help choosing a size or fit (size guide link) we are here for you. Before making the exchange, please read our return policy below

Return Policy

We are not your grandpa’s underwear company, and we do not accept any returns or exchanges of our underwear. Due to health reasons, underwear will always be final sale. So, go make your print on the world. Returns or exchanges of our swimwear and lounge wear are only allowed if the tags are still attached and the garments only have been tried on with underwear underneath due to health reasons. Before placing your order please be sure to review our size guide. Our general return period is 14 days, counted from the day your package is delivered. We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment. The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn. Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you. During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a return you will not be able to select that item for return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are final sale, intimates, or damaged. If you receive an item that is damaged you need to contact DickPrint within 48 hours of receipt and report the damaged item. FINAL SALE and FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing. Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website. We do not cover Return Shipping.

Shipping Fees

We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs related to the original order of the returned product/-s will not be refunded. If a replacement product/-s (even exchange only) is to be sent out, Dickprint will cover the shipping cost for this product/-s. DickPrint is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please confirm your address before submitting. We do not ship to PO boxes.

International Shipping

The customer is responsible for any import or tax duties that may occur upon final delivery. Because taxes and duties are required by your country and collected by the mail carrier, we would have no control over these charges.

Refund Policy

DickPrint shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to return a product.

Colors

We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

Store Credit and Gift Cards

All store credit and gift cards will become inactive after one year of issue date.
